What products can be found in the Pépine shop?
Pépine Papeterie makes illustrated sticker sheets, A5 scrapbook paper and themed kits for journaling and scrapbooking.
Everything is drawn and made by hand!
Who is behind this shop?
Pépine Papeterie is a shop created by Eloise, known as @eloise.journals on social media. After 7+ years of sharing my notebooks with you on Instagram and TikTok, I'm finally launching my own stationery line.
Are the stickers of good quality? Do they last over time?
Yes, it's a priority at Pépine. Every sheet is printed on glossy adhesive paper, which protects the stickers from moisture, scratches and yellowing.
They're designed to stay put in your notebooks or on other surfaces (water bottles, laptops and so on).
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends.
Once shipped, the order arrives within 24 hours to 3 business days in France and 2 to 3 business days in the European Union, depending on the chosen delivery method.
Is delivery free?
Yes, for purchases of €60 or more, delivery is free, both in France and within the European Union.
Below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, between €2.90 and €6.90 in France and between €5.90 and €16.90 to the European Union.
I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind and send your order back, without having to give a reason.
If something's wrong with the order itself (damaged item, wrong product, incomplete parcel), email me at contact@pepine-papeterie.com within 7 days of delivery, describing the problem and with photos if you can. I'll do everything I can to sort it out.
My package hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, start by checking the tracking with the number you received by email.
If the parcel is stuck or declared lost, contact me within 15 days of dispatch at contact@pepine-papeterie.com. I'll handle it with the carrier and send your order again as a priority.
